Issues with delivery 

  • Incorrect address details: Please double-check your delivery information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend it. 

  • Missed deliveries: If no one is available at the arranged time, we’ll contact you to rearrange delivery where possible.
